  • At 3V(vichaar-vyavasaay-vikaash) we understand the challenges faced by aspiring entrepreneurs, especially those studying in rural areas. They need the necessary resources and platforms to nurture their entrepreneurial spirit. Essentially they need a springboard to leap towards accomplishing their dreams & aspirations.
  • We have a huge fleet of ladies at grass root level who are great artisans and businesswomen. Due to lack of upskilling and limited avenues of market for them they are not able to build up their capacity of business. 3V will facilitate them towards capacity building , training , incubation support and market linkage.
In association with EXSTEMPLAR EDUCATION LINKERS FOUNDATION, A project providing women and girls from underserved and rural areas in our country an opportunity to become financially independent and successful in micro and small entrepreneurship ventures. 500 women identified and was taken though an initial one day in person intervention to enable them to acquire the skills they need to succeed in an increasingly knowledge-based economy. They will receive training as per curriculum on Technology usage; Creating a business plan; Resourceful Entrepreneurship; Challenges and Solutions They will in turn train 10 more women leading to a total of 2000 micro entrepreneurship ready individuals per identified area. We reached out to 2500+ rural women and did training on fire March. 400+ women aspirants attended program on themarch 2024 out of which 30 presented their buisness pitch.

A self-employment entrepreneurship development program by Skill In Odisha , World Skill Center, Swakalpa aims to train over 10,000 individuals, with diverse skill sets from across Odisha through a carefully curated self-employment curriculum. Swakalpa provides tailored, interactive sessions, by seasoned Trainers with real-world expertise, on entrepreneurial knowledge and skills for a successful business venture.

We as a Swakalpa partner are providing them on ground support in creating and nurturing self employment .

Till now we have mobilized 500+ people of which 200 are trained and ready to take next step into being a self made entrepreneur.
